Heidi Bresnahan, owner and licensed massage therapist, graduated from the Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, ME over twenty years ago.  She was trained primarily in Swedish Massage techniques with additional certificates in foot reflexology, prenatal and infant massage, touch for health, chair massage, shiatsu, Reiki, stones, shells, and aromas. 

Karen Irwin, licensed esthetician, is a former RN who currently works as a medical esthetician in a busy plastic surgery practice. She is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME and her treatments with Goddess Therapies include facials and foot treatments.

Kimberlie Laflamme has been a licensed Nail Technician for 15 years. She attendend Pierre's School of Beauty in Portland Maine and is a Master Technician with Creative Nail Design. She specializes in natural nail care.

Vivian Poirier is a 1996 Graduate of Ben Benjamin’s Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, Mass. Her training also includes Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Reiki II, Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage. Vivian’s treatments often include a mixed bag of techniques designed to relax, release, and refresh the body.
